Chers confrères et consoeurs, It is my pleasure to invite you to our Bistro Night Dinner at Artisan Restaurant in Southport, Connecticut. Executive Chef Frederic Kieffer received a “Don’t Miss” rating from the New York Times and Three Stars from Connecticut Magazine, and opened L’Escale and Gaia in Greenwich. Under his guidance, both restaurants received an “Excellent” rating from the New York Times. We will be celebrating the Saint-Vincent Tournante, which is an event held in late January and is hosted by different villages each year. This year, the event was held in Chambolle-Musigny and Morey Saint-Denis and as such, we will be drinking wines of the hosting villages. This is an annual event in Burgundy and is a celebration of Saint-Vincent, the patron saint of winegrowers. Our hosts, Per Holmberg and Michael Sussman have organized a fabulous event, which I encourage everyone to attend. We have a limited number of seats, which will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
