You are cordially invited to our annual Paulée de Meursault. Thanks to the sharp negotiatng skills of Dinner Commitee Member Harriet Papa, we are returning to one of our favorite venues, La Crémaillère. Chef Thomas Burke honed his skills in the kitchens of several Michelin starred restaurants including Le Bernardin and Aureole in New York City, Boulevard in San Francisco, and The French Laundry in Napa Valley.
The Paulée is an event where the Confrérie only provides reception wines. Each member and guest are encouraged to bring their own bottle of Meursault and a red Burgundy of their choice. This day is one where we have fun sharing our wines with others, in the same Burgundian tradition where vignerons and guests mingle while sharing their wines.
