Cher Consoeurs et Confrères,
You are cordially invited to our opening event of the season, our annual Wine Committee Dinner. Thanks to the hard work of Dinner Committee Chairman, Scott Zwilling and our host John Bartlett, we return to the Wee Burn Beach Club on Long Island Sound’s picturesque shores. Chef du Cave Luke Davis, along with his fellow wine committee members will select superb wines to complement each of our courses and discuss recent purchases for our cellar.
As per our tradition, Co-Membership Chairs Tim Gallagher and Anne Driscoll, will present this year’s class of potential candidates.
Members and potential candidates for this season are invited. We also invite on a very limited basis, guests who our members believe have the potential to join in the next several cycles. Please keep in mind that our Wine Committee intends to showcase some of our best wines so our intent is to attract future candidates who will appreciate the hard work that is required to build a cellar such as ours.
